This site is about Software Testing. It is developed & maintained by a software tester. It is a working site, meaning this is not a site full of theorectical rhetoric. This is a site that aids an actual living, breathing, WORKING software tester to do their job. It is meant to help you do your job better too. The Quality Assurance profession can take many forms and there are many tasks which a QA professional or Software Tester can be required to perform. There are also many varying theories on testing methodologies. This makes the act of software testing complex and the activities of assuring quality even more daunting. This website is used to sort through some of those theories & practices and in some parts of the site synthesize some of those notions into practical advice that can be used by a professional software tester in their daily tasks. |
